Information about processing of personal data

 

(information for people entering the premises of Zakłady Chemiczne "RUDNIKI" S.A.)

 

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we are obliged to inform you:

  1. The controller of personal data is Zakłady Chemiczne "RUDNIKI" Spółka Akcyjna, 42-240 Rudniki, ul. Fabryczna 1.
  2. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
  3. The data will be processed to ensure security, protection of people, areas, facilities and devices of Z.Ch. Rudniki S.A., including providing personal traffic in the area of Z.Ch. Rudniki S.A.
  4. The legal basis for processing personal data by Z.Ch. Rudniki S.A. for the purpose indicated above in paragraph 3 is a legitimate interest pursued (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  5. Personal data may be disclosed to entities cooperating with us (recipients), in particular, entities providing personal and property protection services.
  6. The data will be stored for 1 year from the moment of the last registered activity in the access control system related to the stay in the area of Z.Ch. Rudniki S.A.
  7. You have the right to access your personal data and rectify it, and to remove or limit processing, unless such removal or restriction violates the law.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection).
  9. Providing personal data was and is voluntary, but necessary to provide access to the area of Z.Ch. Rudniki S.A., and thus the safety of persons and property.

  11. Data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization and will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making.

(Information for Contractors of Zakłady Chemiczne "RUDNIKI" S.A.)

 

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we are obliged to inform you:

  1. The administrator of personal data is Zakłady Chemiczne "RUDNIKI" JSC, 42-240 Rudniki, ul. Fabryczna 1.
  2. The administrator has not appointed a data protection officer.
  3. The data will be processed for the purpose of execution concluded with Z.Ch. Rudniki S.A. contracts, legal obligations, assertion of claims and verification of payment credibility.
  4. The legal basis for processing personal data by Z.Ch. Rudniki S.A. for the purpose indicated in paragraph 3 is:
    • processing is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
    • processing is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),
    • processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  5. Personal data may be disclosed to entities cooperating with us, in particular entities providing IT support services, archiving documents, courier or postal service providers, entities conducting advisory, auditing and lawyer’s offices.
  6. The data will be kept for the period indicated in the relevant legal regulations - as a rule it is 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which, for example, an invoice has been issued or until the objection by the Contractor to data processing in the case of contact data.
  7. You have the right to access your personal data and rectify it, and to remove or limit processing, unless such removal or restriction violates the law.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Office for Personal Data Protection).
